Varm capresedipp

Ljuvligt krämig, smält Mozzarella med smakkompisarna pesto och tomat. Vad finns inte att älska i den serveringen?

– 3 Granarolo Mozzarella, á 125 g
– svartpeppar
– 2 msk grön pesto
– 250 g tomater
– färsk basilika
– valfritt bröd eller kex

Gör så här

Dela Mozzarellan i mindre bitar och lägg i en ugnsfast form. Strö över svartpeppar och klicka ut pesto. Dela tomaterna och fördela jämnt över osten.

Gratinera i 225°C i cirka 20 minuter eller tills all ost har smält. Toppa med färsk basilika och servera direkt med valfritt bröd eller olika sorters kex.
